FAQs
What deposit do you require?
I require a £100 non refundable deposit to secure your date at the time of booking.
Where/when do the trials take place?
A trial will ideally be 8-10 weeks prior to your wedding date. The trial will be held at the salon I work from in Wigan or dependant on your location , your home address (with travel fees incurred)
How long does a trial take?
I like to ensure that by the end of the trial you are one hundred percent confident and happy with your chosen style, I like to allow 2-2.5 hours to work through potential looks . I will consult beforehand and usually have a maximum of three potential looks that can be trialled.
Do I need to bring anything for the trial?
If you are wearing an intricate or heavy headpiece it is always helpful in order for me to decipher whether I need to add anchor points within your style to secure the piece. If your style requires extensions then you will need to bring these, I can recommend a supplier or supply with an incurred cost .
What is your cancellation policy?
I understand that unforeseen situations can arise, I ask for a £100 non refundable deposit at the time of booking to cover potential loss of business. If in the highly unlikely event that I have an unforeseen circumstance I will endeavour to find a replacement and a full refund will be offered .
When do your require final payment?
On the day of your wedding.

All brides are required to have a trial this is included in all my packages.
The minimum booking fee excludes trial.
A non refundable deposit of £100 will secure your date with me and will be deducted from final balance.
Flower girls pricing depends on age and hair density/required look.
