FAQs
What deposit do you require?
To secure your wedding date with Brides By Rose a booking fee of £50 is required. This sum will be deducted from your final wedding day balance.
Where/when do the trials take place?
Trials with Brides By Rose are held at Rose’s home studio in Essex (SS13). A request may be made for a mobile trial service to be provided. It is advised that a trial is booked no later than 12 weeks before your wedding.
How long does a trial take?
The recommended time to allow for trial services with Brides By Rose is 2-4 hours, depending on the number of attendees.
Do I need to bring anything for the trial?
Please bring any accessory or veil with you to your trial, or hair extensions you might like to incorporate into your style. It's a good idea to have inspiration pictures ready too!
What is your cancellation policy?
In the event that you cancel outright your trial services within 7 days of your trial date, Brides By Rose will reserve the right to retain in full 50% of the quoted trial price. In the event that you cancel your wedding day services within 4 weeks of your wedding date, the full wedding day balance will become payable.
How long do you need on the wedding day?
Typically an hour is allocated for bride hairstyling. For more complex styles, a maximum time of 1.5 hours will be given. Bridemaids/Mums are allocated 45 minutes hairstyling per person.
