FAQs
What deposit do you require?
20% of the booking summary paid via Bank Transfer (or in person) on the day of signing the contract.
What's your cancellation policy?
In the event client cancels more than 30 days before the event date, client will only be responsible for paying the deposit. If client fails to let the artist know of cancellation before the event date or cancels within 30 days client must pay the full balance due (except for emergency situations)
When do your require final payment?
The full payment is due one week (7 days) before the wedding date.
