Alessia was great from trial to the wedding day. Comms was smooth and quick in response time.
Alessia made the whole experience so effortless and stress-free. She dealt with concerns (such as my eczema) with care and thoughtfulness, going as far as offering to study ingredients to ensure I wouldn't break out.
I would say if you want a relaxed, chatty and laid back experience then Alessia is your girl! My dog also adored her!!!
I would highly recommend her and cannot wait to be dolled up again by her if the occasion calls!
