FAQs
What deposit do you require?
A £100 deposit is required to save the date of your wedding in my diary.
Where/when do the trials take place?
Trial can take place at a location of the bride to be's choice. To skip mileage charges (if applicable), I can do trials in my beauty room in Girton, Cambridge.
How long does a trial take?
Makeup trial only - approximately 2 hours. Hair and Makeup 3.5-4 hours.
Do I need to bring anything for the trial?
Not really, unless you would like to try your hair piece with the hairstyle. Or would like to put on your own mascara and skincare products.
What is your cancellation policy?
Weddings/events must be cancelled in writing 3 months before the event date. If the event is booked with less than 3 months till the event date then 6 weeks’ notice of cancellation is required. Otherwise the client is liable to the full amount scheduled in services by the Makeup Artist. All deposits are strictly non-refundable. This also applies to any weddings that have been cancelled for personal reasons. 48 hour notice is required to cancel trial sessions and reschedule, if the client fails to give enough notice they will be charged the amount which was due on the trial session.
When do your require final payment?
I take £100 deposit, then half the total is due at trial and the other half and final payment is due a week before the wedding.
How long do you need on the wedding day?
Approximately 45 min to 1 hour per makeup and 45 min per hair.
