FAQs
What deposit do you require?
To secure your wedding date in my diary, a £50 reservation fee will be required. This is held as a deposit and will be refunded against your final invoice.
Where/when do the trials take place?
Most trials take place 6-8 weeks before the wedding, but I am more than happy to do a trial earlier than this, provided that you have chosen your dress. I am happy to travel to you for the trial.
How long does a trial take?
A trial normally takes between 2-3 hours. This allows us to get to know one another a little bit and for me to get the feel of your hair. Even if you're dead set on one style, it's always a good idea to try a few out, just for comparison.
Do I need to bring anything for the trial?
It's a good idea to bring images of any styles you like and also veil or accessories you have chosen. I always carry some accessories in my kit to give you some different ideas if you haven't yet made up your mind.
What is your cancellation policy?
50% of the total amount will be due for any cancellations within 3 weeks of the wedding date.
When do your require final payment?
Final payment is gratefully received either before or on the day of the wedding, by cash or bank transfer
How long do you need on the wedding day?
This all depends on the style you have chosen and how many people require my services. All of this will be discussed at the trial.

Travel is charged to and from the venue at 50p per mile.
From May to September, I have a minimum booking number of 4 people for all Friday/Saturday weddings (eg Bride + 3 Bridesmaids).
