FAQs
What deposit do you require?
20% non refundable deposit of the total balance on your quote is required to secure your wedding date. This may be paid by Bank Transfer.
Where/when do the trials take place?
I am freelane so I travel to your chosen venue or home. Travel expenses may apply. Please message for more details. I recommend all my Brides to have a trial preferably 3 to 6 weeks before their wedding day.
How long does a trial take?
A trial can take up to 2 hours long. We can try up to two hairstyles but I will also advise you and recommend what style will suit your wedding dress, theme, hair type and face shape.
Do I need to bring anything for the trial?
I do ask if you have chosen any accessories or veils then do have them with you on the day of the trial. I understand it isnt always possible especially with real flowers or if you wish to choose the accessories after the trial then thats fine too. I will advise what will suit your chosen style.
What is your cancellation policy?
The 20% deposit once paid is non refundable. If you are reducing the numbers of clients on your booking or cancelling your booking I will need at least 8 weeks notice before the wedding day. Failing that the full balance quoted will still be required.
When do your require final payment?
The final payment is required one week before the wedding , Either Bank Transfer or Cash.
How long do you need on the wedding day?
Everyones wedding is different I will work out an estimate time once we have discussed the size of the bridal party, everyones hair type, chosen styles and ceremony time etc.
