FAQs
What deposit do you require?
20% non refundable and non transferable, deposit of the total balance on your quote is required to secure your wedding date. This may be paid by Bank Transfer.
Where/when do the trials take place?
I am freelance so I travel to your chosen venue or home. Travel expenses may apply. Please message for more details. I recommend all my Brides to have a trial preferably 3 to 6 weeks before their wedding day.
How long does a trial take?
A trial can take up to 2 hours long. We can try up to two hairstyles but I will also advise you and recommend what style will suit your wedding dress, theme, hair type and face shape.
Do I need to bring anything for the trial?
I do ask if you have chosen any accessories or veils then do have them with you on the day of the trial. I understand it isnt always possible especially with real flowers or if you wish to choose the accessories after the trial then thats fine too. I will advise what will suit your chosen style.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations must be made 20 weeks prior to your wedding date reserved or you will be responsible for paying the full amount of services agreed. Clients cannot be subracted from your booking once it has been scheduled and confirmed. Additional clients may be added to the booking at my discretion dependant on timings etc. In the unlikely event which I must cancel your booking (i.e sickness), I will first do my best to find an equally skilled Hair stylist to replace myself. If this is not possible then a full refund of your booking fee will be made.
When do your require final payment?
The final payment is required one week before the wedding no exceptions, Either Bank Transfer or Cash.
How long do you need on the wedding day?
Everyones wedding is different I will work out an estimate time once we have discussed the size of the bridal party, everyones hair type, chosen styles and ceremony time etc.
