FAQs
What deposit do you require?
£100 deposit is required to save the date which is deducted off the final balance.
Where/when do the trials take place?
I come to you for the trials. Trial usually take up to3.5 hours for hair and make up, hair/make up only is usually 2hours. I can do trials either weekdays or weekends. If it’s a weekend it will usually be after I’ve worked on a wedding that day.
How long does a trial take?
Bridal trials usually takes up to3.5 hours for hair and make up, hair/make up only is usually 2hours. If the trial is for MOB/MOG or a bridesmaid it can take 2.5. hours for hair and make up or 1.5 hours for hair/makeup only.
Do I need to bring anything for the trial?
Ideally wear a top that is similar colour and neckline to your wedding dress. Harsh colours around your face effect how the hair make up looks and will change the style. If you have hair accessories or veil it’s very helpful for your trial. If you have a signature item of make up (lipstick, specific colour eyeliner etc) please make me awear of it so we can use it for your trial. If you want clip in hair extensions I can advise where snd what to buy. Most pictures you see of hair down on Instagram and Pinterest will be wearing clip in extensions, It’s worth the investment!
What is your cancellation policy?
If you choose to cancel you will receive 50% of the deposit up to 6 weeks before the wedding. In the event of unforeseen circumstances and I can’t make your wedding, I will make every effort to find a replacement- I have a vast network of MUA’s having worked in the industry for many years.
When do your require final payment?
Full final balance is required 6 weeks prior to the wedding date. If your wedding is booked within 6 weeks of your wedding date, payment is due as soon as you make the booking.
How long do you need on the wedding day?
I will not rush bridal hair and make up. Depending on styles/hair length, make up style i usually take 3 hours for a bride. Bridesmaids, MOB/MOG are usually 45 mins per service, flower girls 30mins. I arrive 15 mins prior to our booking to set up. Once finished I will do touch ups before I leave. If I’m doing hair and make up for the bride I will usually be doing final touch ups right until you leave for your ceremony/first reveal.
What additional services do your offer?
Option add on- Assistant fees of £200 plus travel Staying on fee £80 per hour. Evening restyle 1.5hrs for bride £220 Out of hours surcharge (pre 6am start) £80 per hour.
Do you have any special offers?
£50 off peak discounts for bookings between January and March, including weekends.

Peak dates in summer may require a minimum booking of bridal hair and make up plus 1 hair and make up.
Off peak discount of £50 for bridal hair and make up between January until March.
Im happy to work with brides who do not want a trial. I will organise a video call before your big day.
