FAQs
What deposit do you require?
A non-refundable deposit of £100 is required to secure your Classic package booking, £200 for the Gold Package and £300 for the Diamond Package. The deposit amount will be stated in your invoice/contract. I will come to you and consult on the look you wish to achieve, whether it’s my signature soft glam style or your personal preference. Together, we will go through every detail, from foundation to lipstick, ensuring your bridal makeup is flawless and exactly as you envisioned. Hairstyling is not included
Where/when do the trials take place?
The trial will be conducted at your location. Please ensure there is sufficient space for my makeup kit and tools.
Do I need to bring anything for the trial?
Kindly wear a white dress please as during the trial we are recreating the look and feel of your wedding day. For your trial, please bring a few makeup and hair inspirations you really love so I can understand your style. If you have photos of your dress or your wedding theme, that would be really helpful too. For hair, please bring your veil, hair accessories, or extensions if you’re planning to use them.
How long does a trial take?
Maximum of 3 hours My hairstylist & I will arrive at the agreed location to set up.We kindly ask the client to give us enough space for our things. I will have my full kit, portable tables, vanity mirror, beauty lights & makeup chair. We will sit down and go through the detais of your wedding timeline & the look you would like to achieve. It would be lovely if you can show us a photo of your desired look from Facebook & Instagram or celebrity looks you may want to try. The trial HMUA can sometimes take longer as expected. I would need about 2 hours and 30 minutes including photos & videos. I will ask you if the foundation is to your liking, then I would proceed to contour and so on and I will be taking notes of the products used on the day. I can say that I am a very calm, happy, approachable & nurturing MUA like a big Sister so please feel free to ask me anything or tell me what needs adding or changing.
How long do you need on the wedding day?
Hair & Makeup is 3 hours maximum. After setting up, We will start with your skincare pep. I would apply a cleansing balm, then a face mask, serum, moisturizer, eye cream, do a face massage before I proceed with the makeup. I would kindly ask if possible if are left alone while we are doing you hair & makeup so everything will go smoothly. I would also humbly ask if the phone is not used for couple of hours so that It would be easier for me to work on your face. I will play a nice music so that you will be relaxed as much as possible. For the GOLD & DIAMOND packages, I will be assisting you from prep, ceremony & reception . I will make sure you are always fresh for your photoshoot.
When do your require final payment?
Kindly note that the final payment is due 5 days before your wedding day.
What additional services do your offer?
Q: Do you have a hairstylist on your team? A: Yes, I do. I work with a professional hairstylist who’s also a makeup artist. She assists with the bridal party, so there will be two of us on the day, along with my assistant and personal driver. Q:Can you accommodate a BIG bridal party? A: Yes, I have a trusted team of makeup artists and hairstylists who can assist with larger bridal parties. Please note that their rates may vary. Everyone on my team is personally handpicked by me , highly professional, reliable, and experienced in the wedding industry for many years. Q: Do you do Grooming for the Groom A: Yes I do, kindly message me for the rate NOTE: I only do 1 wedding per day. I personally take on the bride and up to two additional people only. This is to ensure the highest quality of my work and to keep my full attention on the bride, so she feels completely special and well taken care of on her wedding day. I may even shed a few happy tears on your wedding day, I always do! Having been a bride myself, I know exactly how emotional and special the day feels.
What is your cancellation policy?
I hope you won’t need to cancel , I’m really looking forward to making your wedding day special!If you cancel within 30 days of the wedding: You will be charged 100% of the total wedding day rate as quoted. This covers the time, resources, and lost opportunities, as I am unable to offer your date to other clients once it is reserved.
What additional services do your offer?
Do you accept destination weddings? Yes, I travel for destination weddings. For these exclusive arrangements, clients are responsible for my flights, accommodation for 2 (assistant), meals, and my professional rate

Below are my 2026 rates. If you’re a 2027 bride, you can still secure the 2026 rate by booking within 2026, as my rates are reviewed and adjusted annually.
Classic Package – Makeup Only
£250
Includes:
-Professional makeup application & airbrush makeup tailored to your style
-Lourdgene's signature skincare preparation using all high end brands
-Retouch before the ceremony
-4 hours work
-Contact lenses are available upon request ( this is highly requested for East Asian & South East Asian Brides)
-Eyelid tape is available upon request ( this is highly requested for East Asian & South East Asian Brides)
-Human hair lashes, with the Client’s choice of full strip or cluster lashes
-Mobile makeup studio includes, portable table, vanity mirror, makeup chair, professional beauty lights, fuji camera for before & after photos & videos, all high end/premium makeup & skincare brands used
Gold Package–Makeup only
£710
Includes:
-Bridal Makeup,ceremony until wedding breakfast (10 hrs work)
-Bridal airbrush & traditional HD high-end makeup
-Signature Skincare prep using Chanel, Dior, By Terry and other high end products available
-Face mask, lip mask, face ice globes,face massage, undereye treatment
-Human hair lashes/full strip, cluster lashes available
-Contact lenses are available upon request (this is highly requested for East Asian & South East Asian Brides)
-Eyelid tape is available upon request (this is highly requested for East Asian & South East Asian Brides)
-Retouches throughout the day, right after the ceremony photo session or during the “golden hour”, Quick touch-up before the wedding breakfast to ensure a flawless look all day.
-2 bridesmaids or 2 moms (done by co-mua or Lourdgene)
-Grooming (upon request): Includes skincare prep, light concealing, powder, and lip balm.
-10 hours of dedicated support. Lourdgene will assist the bride with her dress, stay with the bride throughout her photoshoot, hold her bouquet, and accompany her to the car for a stress-free departure.
-The mobile station features a large vanity mirror, makeup chair, portable table, professional beauty lights and camera, and a Bose speaker so that the bride can relax and enjoy her favorite music while getting ready.
-As a special gift, I would love to include a Charlotte Tilbury lip set for you to enjoy!
Diamond Package – Makeup only,
£950
-Bridal Makeup,ceremony, wedding breakfast until evening reception (12 hrs work)
-Bridal airbrush & traditional HD high-end makeup
-Trial makeup
-Signature Skincare prep using Chanel, Dior, By Terry and other high end products available
-Face mask, lip mask, face ice globes,face massage undereye treatment
-Human hair lashes/full strip, cluster lashes available
-Contact lenses are available upon request ( this is highly requested for East Asian & South East Asian Brides)
-Eyelid tape is available upon request (this is highly requested for East Asian & South East Asian Brides)
-Retouches throughout the day, right after the ceremony or during the “golden hour”
-Bride’s look refreshed for the evening reception: face touched up, makeup transformed into a more smokey eye and bolder lip for a glamorous evening look
