FAQs
What deposit do you require?
A 25% deposit is required at the time of booking to hold you wedding date with the outstanding balance to be paid 5 weeks before the wedding day.
Where/when do the trials take place?
I always recommend for the trial to be held about 3 months before the wedding. The trials are held either at my place or client’s place ( inside M25) whichever works better.
How long does a trial take?
Please set aside a few hours for your trial as this is the perfect opportunity for you to try out and decide on your look. I would suggest up to 2h for hair and up to 2h for makeup.
Do I need to bring anything for the trial?
You don’t need to bring anything for the trial, I have a vast collection of makeup and hair products that cater for every skin tone, skin issues or hair type. I’m happy for you to bring some of your favourite products and any skin issues, concerns or allergies will be discussed before the trial in the initial consultation.
What is your cancellation policy?
The 25% deposit is non refundable The remaining balance is partially refundable depending on the date of cancellation.
How long do you need on the wedding day?
After the trial takes place, a final consultation takes place where the size of the party will be determined and a schedule will be made for the wedding day. 1h 30 to 2h will be required for the bride to get her makeup and hair ready and about 1h for the rest of her party. Please bare in mind some looks might need additional time ( Hollywood waves, tattoo coverings, extra long / thick hair etc )
