FAQs
What deposit do you require?
£100 deposit is required to secure your wedding date if booking either hair or makeup. £200 deposit if booking both hair and makeup.
Where/when do the trials take place?
Trials will be at the location of your choosing, whether it’s your home or a friend/family members, that’s completely fine. I do have a space in Worthing with parking if you'd prefer to travel.
How long does a trial take?
Each service will be approximately 2 hours so please bare in mind when choosing your time slot.
Do I need to bring anything for the trial?
A clean face is a must! Hair should also be clean, free of too much product. Please ensure you’ve removed all traces of previous makeup. Feel free to have your normal skincare routine completed already if this is something you’d like to continue up to your wedding day. If you're having any beauty treatments for your wedding day, please have these done for your trial also such as fake tanning. Inspiration photos are great to get a clearer understanding of what you like and ensure we are working together to get your ideal look.
What is your cancellation policy?
In the event of cancellation by the client, the deposit shall be forfeited. Cancellations made more than 6 weeks prior to the wedding date will not result in the remaining payment being due. Cancellations within the six week lead up to the wedding date will not be refunded and full payment must have been provided by the four week date before the wedding.
When do your require final payment?
The remaining amount is due four weeks before your wedding date, full payment must be provided by the date on your invoice. There is a late payment policy in place of an added £10 per day if the due dates on invoices are missed.
How long do you need on the wedding day?
i'll send you a morning timeline so you know exactly how your morning will lok and who needs to be where. On average brides are an hour and bridal party members are 45mins-1hour. For larger bookings of 6 services or more I may require an assistant which i will source, there is a call out fee of £50 to cover this but this will be mentioned at the time of booking. If your ceremony is early morning it's a good idea to have two of us to ensure everyone is ready on time.

Travel is 45p per mile outside of a 10 mile radius from Worthing, anything within is covered free of charge.
Parking charges will be invoiced after the service is completed if there isn’t suitable free parking at the venue.
