What deposit do you require?
30% deposit is required to secure your wedding date. No deposit is required for you trial, this is paid in full at the time of service.
Where/when do the trials take place?
Trials will be at the location of your choosing, whether it’s your home or a friend/family members, that’s completely fine. When enquiring I will send you over my availability with dates and time slots to choose from.
How long does a trial take?
Each service will be approximately 2 hours so please bare in mind when choosing your time slot if you’ve got others from your bridal party who’d like to have a trial.
Do I need to bring anything for the trial?
A clean face is a must! Please ensure you’ve removed all traces of previous makeup. Feel free to have your normal skincare routine completed already if this is something you’d like to continue up to your wedding day. Inspiration photos are great to get a clearer understanding of what you like and ensure we are working together to get your ideal look.
What is your cancellation policy?
For bridal services, if the booking is cancelled on your behalf you will not receive your deposit back. The remaining amount is due two weeks before your wedding date, full payment must be provided by the date on your invoice. Failure to provide payment will result in a late fee of £50, this will increase by £10 for everyday past the due date. Trial payments are made on the day of service in full. If you are wishing to cancel, the following applies - If notice is given within 48 hours then half of the full payment will be due. If within 24 hours of your booking time slot then the full amount will need to be paid as I will not be able to fill your slot on short notice.

How long do you need on the wedding day?
On average brides are 1-1.5 hours and bridal party members are 45mins-1hour. For larger bookings I may require an assistant, there is a call out fee of £50 to cover this.

Travel is 45p per mile outside of a 10 mile radius from Worthing, anything within is covered free of charge.
Parking charges will be invoiced after the service is completed if there isn’t suitable free parking at the venue.
