Jess was absolutely brilliant from start to finish. She responded quickly when I got in touch with her, and explained clearly how everything would work. She put a lot of time and effort into the trial, as I wanted a style she'd never done before. She perfectly created what I had in mind, and in the run up to the wedding, the one thing I wasn't worried about was my hair and make up because I knew it would be perfect!
On the day she was punctual and calm and made my wedding morning such a relaxed and happy experience. She is lovely to chat to and gives lots of wedding tips. My daughter also loves her and was very proud of her hair style - she now calls all hairdressers Jess! So many people commented on my hair on the day - it was perfect. My make up stayed on all day long and I still felt like I looked like me.
