FAQs
What deposit do you require?
30% of the total cost is needed to secure the wedding date, this will come off your wedding day balance. Once a successful preview has taken place, 50% of the remaining wedding balance is to be paid within 2 days of the preview by bank transfer.
Where/when do the previews take place?
Previews should be around 6-8 weeks before the wedding.
How long does a preview take?
I allow 2-3 hours for hair and makeup so we can try out a few different looks to get it right!
Do I need to bring anything to the preview?
I always ask you to bring any pictures of the styles you would like (I will send a Pinterest board of my most popular looks), veils and/or hair accessories and a picture of your usual makeup style. Wear a top the same colour as your dress and come with clean hair.
How long do you need on the wedding day?
This differs depending on the person, due to hair types and the makeup style. On average I allow 2 hours for the brides hair & makeup, and 1 hour 15 minutes for bridesmaids hair & makeup.
What is your cancellation policy?
-Cancelling services anytime between booking date and 3 months prior to your wedding - No further charge, any deposits paid will be retained. -Cancelling services within 3 months of your wedding date - 50% of the quoted balance will be required and any deposits paid will be retained. -Cancelling any service within 1 month of your wedding date - 100% of the quoted balance will be required and any deposits paid will be retained. -Once the booking has been confirmed and the deposit has been paid to secure the booking, booked services and numbers may not be reduced. -Cancelling your trial services within 1 week of your appointment - 100% of the quoted balance will be required and any deposits paid will be retained.
When do your require final payment?
The remaining 50% is to be paid by 4 weeks before the wedding date by bank transfer.
