Review for Carla Crawford
I cannot recommend enough, from the first message I sent, everything has been answered, I was never made to feel annoying or stupid and I certainly asked a lot of questions. Every request I had was meet such as vegan products. The booking process with easy and straight forward. The trial was completed at my mums house which was a last minute change, I was made to feel comfortable and got some compliments and wasn't pressured to go ahead or to just say yes. I then changed a few bits from the trial that wasn't a problem and was done on the day with a smile. The price is more than reasonable actually one of the best I found. On the day the arrival was swift, easy and Carla fitted into the room as if she was a part of the wedding. Very friendly, chatty and warm and actually calmed me down a bit. Made time for me to open some gifts and helped with other parts of getting ready. These extra touches were pleasant. Really didn't want to accept a tip but had too as I really was made to feel like it was my day and I looked special which is hard for me to accept as I'm very plain. All the make up and hair choices and reasons were explained to me and made sense, espeically as we have had some photos back. There was something that happened while I was getting ready. It was incredibly sad and Carla was exceptional, giving me a hug, giving me time and talking me through it. This really didn't go unnoticed and she even then got my mum through the getting ready process and spoke with my grandparents kindly when they arrived. This truly meant so much. Above and beyond are the words I would use and I really cannot thank you enough Carla, from the bottom of my heart, thank you
