What deposit do you require?
Once I confirm your date is available, I will send you a personalised quote. Upon agreement to the Terms and a 30% deposit being placed, the date will be secured for you.
Where/when do the trials take place?
In the months leading up to your wedding, you will receive a Trial invitation including a link to available appointments at my home studio in Stamford. Simply book your desired date and start searching for your ideal inspiration photos!
How long does a trial take?
Enjoy a 2-3-hour weekday trial at my cosy home studio
Do I need to bring anything for the trial?
If you have your veil and would like to try this in your style, then please feel free to bring it along. If you would prefer to keep it safe at home then I do have a couple of sample veils to try so you can envision the whole look. If you already have your accessories and jewellery then please bring these along with you too. Wear a top that reflects the colour and cut of the top of your dress, this will help you to get an idea of how the hair will sit with the dress. If you’re planning to wear makeup on your wedding day then pop some on for your trial. This will bring the whole look together and enhance the hairstyle too!
What is your cancellation policy?
Booking fee deposit payments are non-refundable and non-transferable in the event of a cancellation by the Client. This is due to time spent on administration for the booking & demand on wedding dates having to turn other business away. At least 24 hours notice must be given in the event that the Client or Charlotte needs to cancel or rearrange a trial appointment. Less than 24 hours notice or no shows will be subject to an additional charge for the missed appointment. If the Client requests a reduction in the number of services after the booking fee has been paid then Charlotte reserves the right to charge the fee as agreed when the initial booking was made. Eight weeks’ notice must be given for cancellations made by the Client otherwise the balance will be due in full. Cancellations for services booked where travel and/or accommodation expenses have been paid for by Charlotte and are non-refundable by the travel/accommodation provider(s) will incur full reimbursement from the Client to Charlotte for the travel and/or accommodation costs paid. Cancellations are only valid if received via email to [email protected].
When do your require final payment?
Final payment is due 4 weeks before the wedding date.
How long do you need on the wedding day?
This varies depending on the style required but generally I need 1.5 - 2 hours for the bride and 45 mins - 1 hour for bridal party members. I will have you all ready an hour before your ceremony so there is plenty of time for changing into your dress, touch ups and veil placement.

The Bridal price is a package which includes both a Trial and On the Day Styling for the bride.
The full package is created for brides who want a calm and personal start to their wedding day. With this thoughtfully created package, the focus is entirely on you - I’ll be by your side until you leave for your ceremony, making sure you feel relaxed, cared for, and truly pampered.
