What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellation by the bride less than four weeks before the wedding day itself will incur a cancellation fee amounting to 75% of the full charge of all the services booked for your wedding. And the bride is liable to pay by either cash, cheque or bank transfer. Cancellation within seven days of the wedding day itself the bride will be liable to pay 100% of the full charge of all the services booked for your wedding. And the bride is liable to pay by either cash, cheque or bank transfer.
What deposit do you require?
Non-refundable admin fee of £50 is required to secure your date & will be deducted from your final invoice. Your date is held for three weeks from your initial enquiry.
When do your require final payment?
The final balance of all fees and service charges should be settled within a month to date of your wedding. Your final invoice will be sent to you within the final three month build up to your wedding

*Please note a bridal hair trial is essential for the bride to ensure the best outcome on your wedding day. Trials are not essential for other members of the bridal party but they are welcome to book in if they feel necessary.
