Hi I’m Faye, I am obsessed with all things weddings. I was trained at the prestigious School of Makeup, 12 years ago and I’ve been involved in countless shoots, music videos, tv, fashion, fashion weeks just to name a few. My real passion lies with my bridal work, to be involved in someone’s most special day is such a privilege. I would describe my hairstyling style as boho, romantic/textured nothing too structured. To describe my perfect makeup style it would defiantly be flawless dewy/bronzed skin with a smokey eye. I love nothing more then being able to make my brides feel the best versions of themselves and enhancing their features rather than masking.

FAQs

Where/when do the trials take place?

They take place in your chosen location. I’m mobile so I’m not based in a salon, I find this is more convenient for my brides to have a trial in the comfort of their own home.

Do I need to bring anything for the trial?

I would say to have any hair accessories ie veil, hair extensions, hair jewellery. I would also ask for me to see your makeup, this gives me a better idea of what your used to and what products you like using. I always ask for pictures to be sent or shown, it gives a clearer understanding of what your envisaging. Wearing a white t-shirt/ top is a good idea, you can have a better look of what you will look like on the day.

How long do you need on the wedding day?

I usually say 1hr / 1hr 15 per person for hair & makeup. This will be discussed at your trial. If you have an early ceremony, needing to move venues part way through bridal prep or there’s a quite a few in your bridal party, I would then bring an assistant to help me, this does not cost any extra.
