FAQs
What deposit do you require?
A deposit is required to secure the date of your booking. The deposit will be the cost of any and all trials. A set of Terms and conditions will be sent to you upon booking.
How long does a trial take?
A trial includes a full consultation and I will provide you with some skin care recommendations to ensure your skin is at its best for your big day. Consultations and trials take approximately 90 minutes.
Do I need to bring anything for the trial?
Just a clean face :) You're welcome to bring along images which we can discuss and use for inspiration.
What is your cancellation policy?
Once the deposit has been paid, you can cancel the booking but the deposit is non-refundable. Once the final invoice has been issued (4 weeks before the wedding) the full amount becomes payable even if the booking is cancelled.
When do your require final payment?
You will be issued with a final invoice 4 weeks before the wedding with the balance due 1 week before.
