FAQs
What deposit do you require?
All wedding bookings require a £80 deposit and a signed contract to secure your date.
Where/when do the trials take place?
The trial can either take place at Lucy's studio where you can sit back and relax or at a location of your choice. I recommend doing your trial 2-4 months before your wedding but you can do it sooner if you wish to.
How long does a trial take?
Quite often the trial can 2-3 hours so it's always good to allow plenty of time.
Do I need to bring anything for the trial?
Most importantly, yourself and your hairstyle ideas. If you've already decided on a hair accessory or veil please bring them with you so we can try them out. If you are undecided about accessories that’s not a problem, I have a veil and accessories we can experiment with.
What is your cancellation policy?
You have the right to cancel your booking contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period will expire 14 days after the contract was entered into. To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right to cancel before the cancellation period has expired In the event you cancel part or all of your booking after the 14 day cooling off period has passed you will still be liable for payment unless we can rebook your date with another client.
When do your require final payment?
The final balance must be paid 28 days before your wedding date.

PRICES
Bride’s trial:
At Lucy's studio, Chilworth Guildford: £100
At a location of your choice: £130 plus travel expenses 50p per mile from Lucy's home.
On the day:
Bride plus up to 2 others £350 (minimum fee).
Bridal party (10 years to adult) £75 per person.
