What deposit do you require?
To secure your wedding date a non-refundable booking fee of £100.00 is required.
Where/when do the trials take place?
Your bridal preview will take place in your home and is scheduled 10-12 weeks prior to the wedding.
How long does a trial take?
The bridal preview lasts for 1.5 hours to allow time for us to get to know one another, and to create your perfect look.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations by You: Should the "Client" wish to cancel the booking completely before it is confirmed, no charges are applicable. If, however, the "Client" cancels after the booking is confirmed, the £100.00 booking fee will not be eligible for a refund by the "Business Owner". If, after the bridal preview, a cancellation is requested, the booking fee plus the cost of the preview and travel will not be eligible for a refund by the "Business Owner". For cancellation requests made 10–4 weeks before the wedding date, the below cancellation terms will apply to the balance. For any number reductions after the bridal preview has taken place and the balance has been paid, no refunds will be provided if bridal party members have changed their minds. Cancellation Terms: - Cancellation 8 to 5 weeks before the wedding means 50% of the final balance is lost. - Cancellation 4 weeks or less before the wedding date means total loss of all money. - Payment of cancellation charges will be required within three days of notification.

How long do you need on the wedding day?
I allow 1 hour for bridal makeup and 45 minutes per bridal party member.
