Bridal Beauty and Styling Tips for a Registry Office Wedding

Whether you’ve had to postpone or cancel your big wedding due to Coronavirus or just prefer the idea of an intimate, fuss-free ceremony, the reasons to choose a registry office wedding are many. But just because you’re having a smaller ceremony doesn’t mean you need to downplay your look or skimp on style! You’re still a bride and you still want to feel beautiful and confident as you exchange vows (even if the ceremony only lasts fifteen minutes!). But how do you make sure you look chic for a civil ceremony? While there are no rules and you can opt for a look as simple or extravagantly fashion-forward as you like, there are a few ways to help you strike the right balance. Here are our top tips for creating the perfect bridal look for your registry office wedding.

Get your hair and makeup professionally done. One of the best things about a registry office wedding is that they’re unfussy and low-stress. Having a professional handle your hair and makeup will give you even less to worry about and ensure you look amazing. Plus, every bride deserves to be pampered on her wedding day!

Wear what you like. While some wedding venues set the tone for the dress, a registry office setting is a blank slate. Short dress or long, jumpsuit, pantsuit, or skirt suit, modern or vintage, white or colourful – anything goes!
